Nestay Apartment Tokyo Waseda

The host was patient and helped me check in even though I arrived very late after our flights were delayed. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was close enough to the subway, convenience stores, and supermarket. I'd suggest booking it for no more than two people, maybe three if the third is a small child.

It was a very reasonable price, and the staff were kind and helpful. The stay uses self check-in and check-out, with the hotel providing the instructions. If there's an emergency, you can reach them through Agoda. Shops like 7-Eleven and Family Mart are an easy walk away, and Waseda Station is about 8 minutes on foot. I don't consider that far, since you get used to walking everywhere here. It took me a little while to find the building because the name listed on Agoda didn't match the actual stay. Try checking the satellite image on Google Maps; that's the building in the exact spot.

We booked through Airbnb and found someone else already staying in the unit when we tried to check in. The host told us to move to another unit in the same building, but that one was occupied too. At 10 pm, they then offered a worse place in a remote area, 40 minutes away. They said they'd reimburse us for the difference caused by their mistake, but that turned out to be a lie. Don't go here. Scam!

The air conditioner only puts out lukewarm air.
