The 13th-floor lounge and communal area were fantastic, with great views from up there and the rooftop terrace. The rooms weren't huge, but they were laid out well and worked perfectly for us as tourists in Tokyo. Staff were great, and the luggage storage area was wonderful. It's a great location, close to transit and subway, with good shopping and a relaxed feel in the evenings.

That view of Sensoji Temple from our room was such a treat every day. We had a fantastic stay at OMO3 Asakusa: the room was clean and comfortably sized, and the OMO base upstairs on the top floor was awesome. The snacks from local businesses there were always delicious and affordable. With the train station so close, getting around was easy. Thanks to the OMO3 staff for taking such good care of us. We’ll definitely be back!

We knew the room would be on the small side, so check the room sizes before booking, but it was modern, nicely presented and had a Japanese feel we loved. It was quiet, the blackout blinds were great, and the view of Tokyo Tower was really pretty. The hotel is close to the water, and staff greeted us whenever we came through the lobby. Check-in and checkout were easy. The card-only washer and dryer on Level one worked perfectly and sent a message when the cycle was done, which made things easier. Luxe Burgers nearby was a great dinner spot, and I think they do breakfast too. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

We only stayed one night and wished we could've stayed longer. From our room on 2F, we had a fantastic view of Sensō-ji, and the twin room itself was clean and spacious, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. Daily Yamazaki is just a few steps away for pastries, snacks or a quick breakfast. The 12F lounge is a lovely spot, stocked with free tea and water, a microwave and toaster ovens. One side looks toward Sensō-ji, while the other has a clear view of SkyTree. Our morning tour to Sensō-ji was canceled because of the rain, but we didn't see the notice until 5:50am at the elevator. I wish they'd put a note under the door so we, or at least my daughter, could've slept in. When we checked out, the efficient staff quickly arranged a taxi for us. Hoshino Resorts always delivers!

The rooftop bar and lounge have a nice atmosphere and great views, and the view of Tokyo Skytree was a highlight. Still, the stay felt disappointing for the high price. We paid extra for an upgraded room, but it was extremely cramped for two people with luggage, and much smaller in person than it looked online. The layout made things awkward. The shower's glass door opens straight into the bedroom, the sink is beside the bed, and there isn't a separate bathroom. Privacy was difficult, and steam and moisture spread into the sleeping area. One side of the bed sits flush against the window, leaving no room to stand and making it hard to get in or out. The photos do show this arrangement, but it felt much less comfortable in real life. Breakfast wasn't included, which added to the poor value. We asked reception if we could change rooms or shorten our stay, but they said that wasn't possible, even though we booked directly with the hotel. Here, it felt like you pay for the views over comfort.
