Park Residence Omori

The only thing we liked was the convenient location, close to the station and shops. We booked Park Resident Ōmori for 14 days for four adults and three kids, and found it really disappointing. The rooms were small, both had dirty walls, and the apartment was much smaller than the Booking.com photos suggested. The pictures looked misleading and heavily edited. The bathroom tiles were dirty and poorly maintained, with mould all over them. The bath drain didn’t work properly, leaving water standing on the floor. Under the bedsheets and pillows was extremely dirty. It was winter, but there were only two air conditioners. Changing the temperature on one automatically changed the other, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioner vents were dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There’s a washing machine and dryer, but black residue often came out of the dryer, stuck to our clothes, and forced us to throw several things away. The dryer also didn’t dry properly and seemed poorly cleaned and maintained. Its exterior was dirty too. The lift is extremely small, making it hard to use with a baby pram. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with newborns or small children.
