I checked out the same day I arrived and still couldn’t get a refund. The owner told me the cleaner had finished the day before check-in, but I saw the cleaning staff working in the unit that afternoon when we dropped off our bags, so that was a lie. The restroom was filthy, and there was pubic hair on the towel. The room smelled weird, was extremely loud at night, and looked nothing like the photos. It was small and outdated too. This was the worst experience of my life. Such a scam. Never stay here.
