The amenities selection on the 2nd floor was impressive, with much more than most hotels offer: bath bombs for a relaxing soak, tea, coffee, and plenty of other items. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, and the hotel seemed to have everything we needed. Staff were consistently friendly and incredibly helpful. It’s on the quieter side of the area, so the hotel felt peaceful, but the station was still nearby. The view of Tokyo Tower was fantastic too. One thing to know: it’s a non-smoking hotel, so smokers will need to walk a bit to find a smoking area. Special thanks to K. Nishiwaki, who went above and beyond when we asked for a nearby shabu-shabu recommendation. She helped with the reservation too, which we truly appreciated. Having Starbucks right next door was convenient. Nothing to complain about, and I’d happily return!

When we arrived, we asked if there might be a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. There wasn’t one free for the first night, but the team kindly moved us to one from the next day at no extra cost. The staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time, and our room was spotless. The location was perfect, and staying here was an absolute pleasure. A wonderful experience, highly recommended. I’ll certainly be back next time.

The room was small, as expected for one person on a business trip, but the location was a real plus, right by Tokyo Tower and train stops. There’s self-serve coffee in the lobby, a Starbucks at street level, and Spanish tapas and other restaurants nearby.

I loved how easy it was to get around from here, with several train and metro lines just a short walk away. There are places to eat for different budgets nearby, and Family Mart across the road was handy. The room was on the small side, but had what I needed, and it was quiet, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. From check-in through room service, the staff were warm and helpful. This was my first trip to Japan, and they made me feel welcome. I’d stay again when I’m back in Tokyo. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in several cities across Japan and haven’t run into this before. The reception staff kept saying nothing could be done about the pillows. When I suggested checking unoccupied rooms for alternatives, I was told those rooms had the same buckwheat pillows and that the two standard ones they’d given us were all they had. Even those were uncomfortable and flattened as soon as we lay down. The buckwheat ones were small, more like cushions than full-sized pillows, and that was apparently the only option in the room. I know they may be common here, but international guests should be told about them in the room description. The room itself was awful: dated furniture, a badly functioning toilet with an unheated seat, and a bed where I could feel the springs. The pillows were among the most uncomfortable I’ve used.
