Section L Hatchobori

A clean hotel at a very reasonable price, with a friendly staff and a room equipped with a washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, shower, and kitchen area. It’s tucked into a quiet neighborhood but still close to several transport lines. I’d recommend it for couples or families.

It has everything a family needs for a Tokyo stay, and the quieter area near Tokyo station is still within walking distance of several subway stations. There’s a lift, reception is staffed in English 24 hours a day, and check-in and checkout were easy. We couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended, and we’d return here or try another Section L.

We stayed for eight nights and had a great time. The room was big enough for two people and three large suitcases, and both the room and bathroom were incredibly clean. It was very quiet, and the service was friendly. The beds are very, very firm, but everything else was perfect. It ticked all the boxes, and we’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Natalia was a huge help when I felt unwell after check-in. She showed us where to find a nearby pharmacy and later helped sort out a luggage issue at check-out. The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly too, and the rooms were spacious and clean. My one gripe was the bedding: the duvet and pillows looked yellowed and really need replacing.
