The bathroom had been renovated and was clean, though the house itself is a little old, with scratches on the sliding doors and other spots that caught my eye. We rented the whole two-story house for a class reunion, and it had room for a large group. There's a kitchen for cooking and a supermarket about a 10-20 minute walk away. Shimo-Shinmei Station is less than a 10-minute walk, but since the exterior looks like an ordinary house, it may be tricky to find.
