⚠️⚠️⚠️ Be careful before booking, because it seems you can't cancel once the reservation is made here. I needed a wheelchair because of an injury, but was told there were only stairs. I tried to cancel two days ahead and wasn't allowed to, and they wouldn't refund me. The phone lines were dead, and the emails I got were oddly worded and seemed very suspicious.
Getting around was very convenient, and the stay was comfortable! Thumbs up 👍
My relative had a reservation, but their cancellation two days before the stay wasn't accepted and they got no refund. They also tried calling many times and couldn't get through, hearing the same message each time. When they sent an inquiry by email, they got a bizarre reply mixing Chinese and katakana. The whole thing seems suspicious, like they're trying to run away. Doesn't this seem strange?
