A tidy, pleasant room and a very good stay. Senso-ji Temple is nearby, which makes the location especially nice. ☺️

The staff were courteous and helpful. It’s in a good spot, quiet, and has what you need.

The service team was a bright spot. They replied quickly and politely through the app, and when they couldn’t fix every room issue, they apologized with fruit. The room itself still needs work, though. It was not very clean, the bathroom had no AC, there was no sink in the toilet room or dishcloths in the kitchen, and the toilet and bathroom doors remained faulty after a repair. A dusty, oversized beanbag sat in the storage area by the bedroom, which didn’t feel safe for a child to lie on. The kitchen counter was too small to prep food, and the four-person room had just two chairs and a small square table. There was no laundry basket or good place to hang clothes, so the living setup felt cramped even though sleeping was comfortable. Getting around on foot was tiring, especially with luggage. Asakusa Station is far, and the Tobu Line station is nearest, then the Ginza Line, with the Asakusa Line furthest away. The Asakusa 64 bus or a taxi would be easier. I also set my expectations too high for an end-of-year price. Without the good rate, I’d have been more disappointed.

The occasional Wi-Fi dropouts were a nuisance, so I’d bring an unlimited data SIM for peace of mind. I booked through Agoda, and the guidebook link in the automated message was masked and hard to open. You can ask the staff to email it instead. We were four friends sharing one room for five days and four nights, and found it very comfortable. The room matched the photos, and they were always happy to answer questions. English was the quickest way to ask. The station is a little over a 10-minute walk away, so it’s manageable, though that’s the main drawback. Lawson and 7-Eleven are close by, and being near a main road made the walk home after a long day feel less intimidating. I’m leaving a review because this isn’t a hotel and seems less well known.

A quiet, comfortable stay. Asakusa Station is a bit of a walk.
