I’m writing on behalf of the Sakurazaka46 Official Goods Production Office about a defective item. I bought it to use at a live concert and picked it up at the venue, but the only option they offered was an exchange. Replacing it after the concert wouldn’t meet the reason I bought it in the first place. I repeatedly asked for a return address, but they never gave me the contact details or the name of anyone responsible, so I couldn’t send it back. I only realized there could be issues, such as the package being refused, when the post office warned me after I took it there. Communication was by email only, and it took almost a month to get any response. The replies felt insincere and left me extremely frustrated. The defective items themselves are a problem, but what disappointed me most was how little consideration there was for the customer from my first inquiry through the end of the transaction. I hope no one else is affected.

Went to see my friend’s exhibition and came away with a lovely scarf ring ✌ Somehow I also ended up buying salad dressing, soy sauce, and white miso mayonnaise.

The venue is spacious and open, with a coffee shop inside. I came to see the solo show by graphic designer and artist Julian Wolf.

It’s a big help to be able to rent such nice furniture. It makes changing the shop’s atmosphere easy!
