The room itself has some signs of age, but the staff made a strong impression on me. The concierge and everyone I encountered were gracious, professional, and quick to help, always with warmth. My room was spotless and carefully arranged every day. Waking up to a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower was unforgettable. It brought a calm feeling to the stay, and my fiancé loved it too, which made it extra special for us. The experience felt refined and memorable, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, attentive service, and a little elegance in central Tokyo. ✨

We came in March for the cherry blossom garden, though it was cold and rainy and the blossoms weren’t fully out. Even so, the hotel’s private garden was a lovely, quiet place for a walk. Breakfast went beyond what we expected. Being able to choose from restaurants at nearby Prince Group hotels also made meals easy and enjoyable. It was a relaxing stay, especially suited to anyone after a peaceful atmosphere rather than a busy sightseeing hotel.

The staff were great with customers, very friendly, and always willing to help. Having a convenience store right downstairs was handy for snacks, and the station was close by. The hotel is a bit far from major areas like Shibuya, though, about a 30-minute train ride. The room was bigger than the average hotel room in Japan, but it smelled strongly of body odor when we first walked in. My family could barely sleep because of it. The smell eased over the nights but never went away, and the sanitizing spray in the room didn’t solve it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bed was hard as a rock, which was my one real complaint. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel, with friendly staff who spoke English very well for tourists, and plenty of food nearby. Hamamatsucho Station is just a short walk away. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

We’re definitely coming back. The location was ideal, with major attractions within walking distance, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful the whole time, including with restaurant suggestions. This hotel was the highlight of our trip.
