The balcony was a highlight. From the fifth floor, we could see Mt Fuji on clear days. The apartment was quiet, clean, and neatly arranged, with enough room to unpack and put our suitcases away. It was a simple place, with a little bathtub and shower, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a TV that only had Japanese channels. There are a few neighborhood restaurants for tonkatsu or ramen, plus a shrine and a park. It's a quiet area, though, and getting into Tokyo means taking the subway to Shinigawa, so keep that in mind if you want to visit the main tourist spots. It's out toward the airport, but it made for a comfortable little apartment stay.

It's a little far from the station, but check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was clean with all the amenities we needed. I'd especially recommend it if you're flying in or out of Haneda Airport.

We had plenty of room here, more than in most places we've stayed. The decor is basic, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette and laundry facilities were great, and Family Mart and 711 are just moments away. A handy base for a few days exploring Tokyo, and for visiting the Tokyo Flea Market.

It's very quiet, with lots of storage and comfortable beds if you pile on all the comforters. The apartment style room is large, but the doors everywhere feel awkward, and the sliding door with windows doesn't give much privacy between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen is lightly stocked and there's no coffee maker. No daily cleaning, but the place was clean, the shower room was big, and Family Mart and 7Eleven are nearby. I'd stay again.

I wasn't satisfied. The place was below average, there was no cleaning and no drinking water. Check-out is at 10am, which doesn't feel like an international standard. I was 2 hours late and they asked me to pay an extra 2000yen.
