ZAITO Tokyo Skytree Yokokawa III

We loved the neighborhood. There’s a supermarket, ramen place, poke restaurant, and convenience store all within a three-minute walk, and the hotel is about five minutes on foot from oshiage station. There’s also a fantastic view of the skytree from the terrace. The apartment has a cooker, washer-dryer, microwave, and fridge, and the shower and toilets were great. We booked through airbnb and didn’t meet any staff, but the English check-in and checkout instructions sent through Airbnb were clear. The downside was having no room cleaning during our stay. You have to pay for it, and at 100 pounds a day, I expected it to be included. I’d book again if we return, provided they offer free cleaning after three days.

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in this clean, simple little unit, and I’d gladly come back. It’s affordable and around 10-12 minutes from Kinshicho Station. The hosts aren’t on site, but they’re helpful and quick to reply by message. The walls are a bit thin, which was the one downside.

I left very happy and would choose this place again on my next trip. The host was so kind and helpful, and the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the house were all impeccable. Everything was wonderful, and I’d book it without hesitation.

Everything was new, clean, and practical. It’s small by Western standards, but there was enough space for a good stay.
