The spa that was open was filthy, as you can see in the attached image. We also found out the hard way that the room only gets cleaned if you put a card outside the door. When I went downstairs to ask for cleaning afterward, they said there was nothing they could do. I paid for a luxury stay and got no cleaning and no pool, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Booking.com kept the pool closure in a small Japanese section while the rest of the description was in English. I'll show it in the attached images. They also claimed the rooms were soundproof, but planes were loud enough to wake us at 7 am. The location was awful for getting around Naha, about a $20 Uber ride or a 30-minute bus trip to anywhere there. Our flight was at noon and checkout at 11, but they wanted $25 per person to sit by the pool for an hour. I was already upset by the whole experience. I hope people read this and avoid the same mistakes I made, book somewhere that cares about customer service.

I spent two nights here. The room was quite spacious for a hotel in Japan, but the bathroom drain smelled awful, and the room shook whenever flights went over. The so-called hot spring was a shallow outdoor pool where you could only dip your feet, yet they charged tax for it. There are lots of families, so expect screaming kids. The island itself is small and inconvenient, not really worth visiting, and you can't even find a CVS there.

The hotel looks impressive from the outside, and we arrived excited about the amenities and a relaxing stay. But the first night had us worried about our health. There appeared to be mold and water damage across the ceiling, and after looking around more closely, it seemed water had dripped onto the floor. We also noticed suspicious yellow stains in parts of the pool when we went to the terrace. It put me off getting in. Nice for photos, maybe, but I wouldn't risk my health or a loved one's by staying here.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, nicely designed, and have balconies. Housekeeping was attentive, replenishing supplies while respecting my privacy even with the do not disturb sign on. Parking is plentiful, and you can borrow umbrellas. The only slight hassle was laundry: just two sets of washers and dryers serve the whole hotel, so allow extra time. It's a beautifully designed hotel near the airport. The rooftop airport view, pool, onsen, and unlimited bar were the highlights.
