Finding such a lovely restaurant on a small island felt like a blessing. The food was one of the best Italian meals I've had, with simple dishes made outstanding and distinctive through the thoughtful use of local ingredients. I'd happily return again and again.

This place feels like an island oasis. The Neapolitan dish was really tasty, with thick gravy, and I assume the tomato sauce for the pizza and pasta is homemade. The cozy room had quiet country music in the background. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing, leisurely lunch.

The staff were kind and even called a cab to get me back to my hotel. It's a welcoming Japanese-Italian restaurant serving local ingredients, and the food goes perfectly with Shodoshima’s olive oil.
