The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You’re right across from the bus and train station.

The hotel felt a little dated, but we had a very pleasant overnight stay with dinner and breakfast included. The dinner at the Japanese restaurant was the standout: we were surprised to get a beautifully presented Kaiseki meal of about 10 dishes, and everything tasted exceptional. We learned from the chef, Mr. Kajihara, that he had retired from his chef role at the New Otani in Osaka and chose to carry on pursuing his passion in Tottori.

There are shopping malls, restaurants, and little shops nearby, and Tottori Station is close, so the location is convenient. The hotel has basic facilities, heating in the rooms, and a cleaner comes each day. Seems like a suitable place for travelers.

The staff were really attentive. They brought free pillows and other things to the room, and they’ll call in reservations for you. Some people there speak English. When we needed utensils for food we’d bought at a local market, they brought them straight up to our room.
