I cycled here from Yokohama and booked on the same day. The staff were very friendly and let me store my bicycle. My Japanese is really poor, but they were patient and kind with me. The room was clean and tidy, the laundry was good, and breakfast had lots of tasty dishes.

The front desk team were so helpful, and we really appreciated their outstanding service. They made my time in Towada enjoyable and memorable. We hope to stay at Smile Hotel again in the future.

The reception staff helped us a lot, and the two women in the dining room made a real effort to make us feel at home. Breakfast was satisfying, too. We stayed for two nights on a very busy weekend. The one-bedroom room was quite tiny for two people, but it had everything we needed. For the price, it was lovely value and we'd highly recommend it.

The room is small, but that's the point, and this is the best and cheapest place in the area. There's a fridge in the room, plus a microwave and vending machines on the 4th and 9th floors. Coin laundry is on the 8th floor, and McDonald's is within walking distance. One downside is that they're strict about visitors: no friends or family, guests only. The air conditioner is also set too hot.

A reasonably priced hotel in Todawa city, good for an overnight stay. The room is small, clean, and comfortable, and a simple breakfast is included for free.
