The buffet was filling, though the quality wasn't great. During my stay, a Chinese group was noisy and pushy around it. The hotel itself felt average and very dated, and could use a refurbishment.

The Wi-Fi and desk space felt outdated.

Dinner included Towada-style dishes, grilled pork belly and salt-grilled sweetfish, plus a glass of beer, which I appreciated. Breakfast was healthy and tasty, too. It normally starts at 7:00, though they can serve it around 6:45 if you ask. That was still just before the meeting point, so I wish breakfast could start at 6:00. You can bring coffee back to your room. I stayed in the new building and had both meals. The room was spacious, with a card key and automatic lock, and the individual air-conditioning worked comfortably. The TV was awkwardly placed and hard to see, lol. Parking had plenty of space.
