The staff made everything feel easy and comfortable, and they even pointed out local activities, useful perks, and accessibility details we hadn't known about. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely, and sightseeing was simple and enjoyable. My father had such a good time that we'd like to come back. The rooms are huge for the price, and the food is great. It isn't a business hotel with all those amenities, but we didn't miss them. The place is very clean; the furniture is dated, though the linens are new and comfortable. The cheerful, elegant staff make this hotel a real bargain.

A nice place to slow down for a while, and you can have a look around the castle too. It's a bit of a walk from Toyama station, though a taxi is still under 1,000 yen. The hotel isn't new, but the staff are friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was good. I enjoyed staying here.

Our room had a fantastic view, with Toyama looking beautiful in winter from up there. The room itself was spacious, and the staff were very kind and helpful. You can walk to a convenience store, supermarket, or station, though the bus is a better way to get to the station. Toyama is really beautiful in winter.

Getting around Japan can feel stressful when you don't speak Japanese, so I was grateful for the kind help from an English-speaking staff member at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Toyama. I can't remember her name, but she was an elegant woman with short hair. This isn't a particularly luxurious hotel, but that warm hospitality made a real difference on my trip. There's also a direct bus to Toyama Airport right outside, which makes getting there very convenient. I'd consider staying here again as a base for future trips in the area.

The staff were so kind and enthusiastic, always greeting us with a lovely smile. And breakfast was amazing, every kind of food wowed me, especially the omelet. Please give it a try. It was a wonderful experience ❤️
