We were there for three days and two nights, and the food took half an hour to arrive. We had two coupons and two restaurant tickets, but they let us use only one of each. Was I tricked？Apparently the rule is one coupon per day and one ticket per person. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend using their coupons.

The mountain view from our room was beautiful, and the evening was so quiet we had no noise or disturbances at all. We asked for a mountain-facing room and the staff sorted that out. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and breakfast was quite nice. The room was also a little more spacious than the smaller hotel rooms we came across in Japan, while still being affordable. There's a spa and bath house on site, plus several shops and restaurants within walking distance, including the Recycle Mega Store. It suited our travel needs well.

The hotel is far enough from the city area that there's not really anywhere to wander around nearby. Also, while I had booked a non-smoking room, there was a smoking corner on the same floor, L4. Getting help in a language other than Japanese could be difficult. It seemed like only one staff member was able to assist us.
