Tabist Business Toyama Urban Hotel

For just under 5,000 yen, I got a room and parking. It's around a kilometer from Toyama Station, on a main road with a Lawson across from it. The parking area is small and awkward to use. The hotel is old, and the broken automatic entrance door doesn't look like it's being fixed. An elderly woman served me politely. There's no elevator, though there is a microwave in the hallway and a refrigerator in the room. I don't often see a sofa in a room, and I was pleased to get a large smoking room.

If you have business nearby, this could work well. The rooms are dated but roomy, and there's no elevator. Aramachi's downtown area is about a five-minute walk away, although buses don't come often, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. There's a Lawson right across the street.

The welcome was lovely 👍 The facilities are old, but everything was clean and spacious. Parking is available, and I'm grateful the price is so low. A few little shortcomings didn't bother me at all. It's great value for the money.

The room was on the third floor, so I had to take the stairs. The light remote seemed to have dead batteries, and there was no bidet in the toilet. The room smelled a little, but it was cheap.
