We couldn’t stay beyond one night. Our room felt like a posh jail cell and looked nothing like the photos online. Breakfast was very poor, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Since the windows wouldn’t open, there was no ventilation or airflow, and no alternative room was available. The front desk acknowledged the problem and agreed to refund our stay, which several staff members confirmed. Since then, both Booking.com and I have emailed the hotel several times to get confirmation of the refund, but nobody has replied.

The location is very convenient, just across from the toyama station, with malls and lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was huge for Japan and well equipped, with two large twin beds, each 110x200, which worked well for our family. The recently renovated hotel made a lovely first impression: the lobby was beautifully decorated and smelled of fragrance, and kind concierge staff greeted us, helped with our luggage, and took it to our rooms. Everyone we met was helpful and kind. It felt like five star service, and we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel connects to a shopping mall, so there’s plenty around and the area is very convenient. It’s directly across from Toyama Station, just a road crossing away. Our room was spacious.

The room was roomy enough for three, though it didn’t feel modern. I was still happy with the stay, and both the location and breakfast were amazing.

We skipped breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, but everything else was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was superb, and the hotel had everything we needed. It was also helpful that we could leave our luggage there for several hours after checking out.
