Kinosaki Onsen Asagiriso

The thing that made our Kinosaki Onsen visit so memorable was Mr Miya’s care. He helped with our luggage, sorted out a taxi for us at odd hours, suggested food options, and checked in with a real smile. He made sure we understood the amenities and looked after us throughout. There was a language barrier, but he patiently explained things using simple English, gestures, and even drawings. He walked us through the onsen passes and shared local recommendations, and his warmth made us feel at home. We left feeling grateful. Mr Miya is the heart of the hotel, and we were lucky to meet him. Highly recommended!

The crab dinner for two on our last night was incredible. It was a traditional meal seated on the floor, with so much food, and Gurund was a wonderful, helpful server. Breakfast was delicious too, with lots of options and everything felt high quality. The onsen at the property was also very nice and convenient. We stayed for two nights and were really happy there. Kinosaki Onsen is a lovely little town for walking around, with friendly people, great food, and nice onsens. The hotel is just outside the main area, but the public baths are only a short walk away. The staff did their best to explain things and help us, even though their English was limited and we spoke no Japanese. Special thanks to Miss Kayo, Mr Miya, and Miss Gurund. Miss Kayo helped us a lot, and the others were great too. We’ll miss the place and hope to return. It’s a great option at a good price if you’re staying in Kinosaki Onsen.

I’m still here and already wanted to give this place five stars. The crab dinner was fantastic, with an almost unbelievable amount of food. The room had a fabulous view, and the onsen was warm and cozy. One of my most unforgettable experiences.

Mr Miya made our time in Kinosaki Onsen especially memorable. He was warm, patient, and thoughtful, and even with the language barrier he made sure we felt welcome and supported. Right from check-in, he explained the onsen etiquette, meal times, local tips, and how to use our passes. He also helped us find our way around town and with small requests, and would check on us with a friendly smile. We’re grateful for the care he put into his work. Thanks to Mr Miya, this trip became a highlight we’ll always remember.
