Yuraku Kinosaki Spa & Gardens

The view over the courtyard was beautiful, and our spacious room had tea and coffee that we enjoyed. Dinner was beyond amazing. Ayumi deserves a special mention for being such an excellent waitress. From the time we arrived at Yuraku to the day we left, the service was exceptional. All the attendants were friendly and helpful, and although Japanese isn't our first language, they did their best to communicate with us. I hope I find my way back to kinosaki onsen and Yuraku in the future.

We had the best time here. The rooms are huge and have a great view, so we didn't want to go anywhere else. There are private and public baths, the location is great, and the staff are amazing.

The hotel is tucked deep into the city, which suited me since I love a quiet spot. There’s a nice garden view in the center and private Onsen for guests. The staff made us feel welcome, though that's the level of hospitality you find at most Kinosaki hotels, or better. The room was clean, very nice, and had all the ryokan facilities you'd expect. The Crab & Tajima beef course was the main event, and you can switch to an all-beef meal if you're allergic to seafood, like my girlfriend. Dinner alone felt like a 2-3 Michelin stars experience, and was more than enough to make it highly recommended. It may be expensive, but it could be a special treat for a pre-honeymoon or a year-end trip as a couple.

The room was spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed, which made the trip feel especially comfortable and memorable. The baths were soothing, the scenery was lovely, and the meals were delicious. What really lifted the stay was the staff's care and attention. From our arrival at Yuraku, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel at home. Everyone was genuinely kind and thoughtful, and it was clear they put their hearts into making guests' stays memorable. Yuraku is the best ryokan we've ever stayed at, thanks to both its facilities and scenery and the people who work there. We’ll definitely return, and wholeheartedly recommend Yuraku to anyone looking for a heartfelt, authentic Japanese ryokan experience.
