The room was horrible and very dirty, even though the price was low. I can’t believe this is in Japan. I booked two nights, but I’m leaving tomorrow morning and won’t come back. I don’t mind if a room is small or old, but it has to be clean. I’d advise paying a little more for a clean room.

Nice hotel.

The room was spacious, new, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities for the price. But, as others have said, you have to call to find out your room number, and it can be hard to get through. Parking is the biggest issue. There aren’t many spaces, and they fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive late at night, be ready to pay around 700 yen for parking about a 10-minute walk from the station. I wouldn’t pick this hotel again for a stay of several nights.

I booked at 5 PM on the first Friday in June for that same day, my first time using this place for work. The nearby 🅿️ has four spaces. I arrived around 8 PM. It was dark, but there wasn’t much traffic, and I managed to back in and get inside. Looks like some of the issues mentioned in reviews have been addressed, which was good to see: the front desk staff were reachable by phone, tissues were provided, an extension cord and electric kettle were there, and the air conditioning was quiet and working. The shared range on the fifth floor was cleaned well. I enjoyed the nostalgic feel of my studio M apartment. It should be comfortable after about an hour. The bathroom exhaust fan was too loud, so I turned it off, though I’ll switch it on when I go out. The TV remote might be dead, so check it. If sensible Japanese people use this place, it could be a good business. I support it.
