The staff were helpful and did their best, with small touches like free coffee, ice cream, and an included breakfast buffet. But the building feels like a “Lost Decade” hotel, built before the 80s and apparently not updated since. The rooms and air-conditioners are old, and the toilet is old too, with stains around the fixtures.

We got in very late and hungry after booking online, but the gentleman at the front desk took time to explain everything nearby. The staff really made this a standout stop on our trip. The bath was clean, and the oils left us feeling refreshed. Breakfast was average, but again the staff were kind, helpful, and patient with all our questions. There's a beautiful cherry blossom park less than a block away. If that's not your kind of fun, ask the front desk and they'll surely be helpful. Great job!

The hotel was neat and tidy, and the breakfast was good. I picked it because it was affordable and about 25 minutes from Tsukuba International Congress Center, where I had a forum. I enjoyed my stay, though people sensitive to noise may not feel comfortable because you can hear footsteps outside. I was a little nervous on the way there, as there were places where you could barely see any people or cars.

I like staying here. The rooms are a decent size and have sunrise views, breakfast is included, and there are indoor and outdoor hot springs, though men's hours are limited. I don't mind the 10-15 minute walk from Tsukuba station, which goes through several parks, including Kids Road&Railroad playground.

Great value for the price, with good facilities. The hotel is excellent, and they even have bikes that make getting around very easy.
