Restay Tsurugashima - Adults Only

The room was much smaller than the spacious one I expected from the photos, and it was dirty. I couldn't sleep, and my breakfast reservation hadn't even been made. The noise and the poor remote control were unacceptable for a 15,000 yen stay. I know it shouldn't be compared with a high-class hotel, but that still wasn't okay. Maybe it's fine for a short break in the city, but not for a business trip. The hospitality was awful, and this has made my already poor impression of love hotels even worse. I'd never stay here again. At least I'm staying in a high-class hotel today and tomorrow, so I'll try to cheer myself up.

The place is a bit old, but comparable to business hotels around Tsurugashima Station. I picked it for the spacious room and the location, though it's far from the station and you'll probably need a car. There's plenty of space for one person to sleep. I've stayed here several times on business trips. You can choose breakfast for an extra charge, and they bring it at the time you request. I could barely hear the neighbors, their TV, or traffic outside.

Room 303 stays warm only right in front of the air conditioner, which barely works. The shower just trickles out, and you can't adjust the temperature. The futon is thin and the sheets feel a bit damp. The room is old and wasn't cleaned well. It's so cold I can't stand it.

Getting from the room to the parking space was easy, which made going out convenient. There were lots of chain restaurants nearby, and Tsurugashima Interchange was close too. Very handy location.
