The owner is the main reason I’d recommend this place. Be sure to have a conversation with him if you stay. We’d use his place again on another trip to Tsushima. This resort condominium is rented to just one group each day. The high-ceilinged living and dining room has an open hearth and a 180-degree view of Tsushima’s beautiful ocean. The view is so striking it leaves you amazed. At night we turned off all the lights and enjoyed drinks and a bath while looking at the moon and stars. That kind of experience is hard to have in the city, and we were grateful for it. In the morning, coffee with the beautiful sea and bright sunrise was wonderful. There’s an island kitchen for cooking Tsushima ingredients with family or friends. It’s a different sort of stay from a hotel or inn, and one we’ll remember.
