I can’t speak to what it’s like to stay here as a guest, but I can describe my experience with the staff. I urgently needed to find someone at reception to ask about using the toilet. No one was there, which surprised me, but I still went toward the washrooms. Then a staff member ran over, yelling angrily, without even telling me what I’d done wrong. It was a really unpleasant encounter, and I definitely wouldn’t go here.

We stayed as a group, and the rooms worked well for a solo traveler. The showers were pretty good. My room did have a slight smell of cleaning product.

The staff were very kind, and breakfast was really good. It’s a clean business hotel, though a bit old, and the rooms are noisy.

The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. Worst hotel I’ve experienced in Japan.
