The station is just a short walk away, with a convenience store close by and a supermarket within walking distance. You can cook in the hotel kitchen too. I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the first floor on a weekday, without meals. It has a distinctly retro, Showa-era feel compared with city-center hotels.
I came here for fishing, and being right by the harbor was ideal. It’s an old-school business hotel, but very clean and quiet at night, with decent soundproofing. There’s Wi-Fi, a bidet toilet, a large fridge and a T-fal kettle, and hot water comes through the shower right away. Convenience stores and a supermarket are walkable, and there’s a nearby hot spring you can use for 300 yen. Nothing to complain about.
The price was good, so I’d stay again. Room 310 only had lukewarm water, though, and I hope they fix that.
At 3,500 yen per person for a night, it’s a very reasonable stay. The building and facilities are pretty old, but that’s understandable. There’s a washlet toilet, with Youme Mart and Lawson nearby. Wi-Fi gets weaker from evening through late night.
I stayed here on a tour. It feels like a traditional business inn, and the room had that hard-to-describe old house smell, lol. The facilities were more than enough for the price: a big fridge, great Wi-Fi and a large 32-inch TV. The landlady(?) at reception was especially courteous, which made the stay comfortable. The morning view was lovely too, a nice way to wake up.
