We had a really comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was brought to us there. It was plentiful and very good. The balcony’s private Onsen was a blast, with a great view from the room. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They didn’t speak English, but we managed to communicate without any problems.
We enjoyed our stay, and the room matched the pictures exactly. The balcony onsen was fantastic, and the privacy curtain was necessary. The only minor drawback was the very noticeable wear and tear.
Everything else was perfect, but the Wi-Fi was awful. It cut out every two minutes, like a connection from 40 years ago.
The hot spring was next level, and the hospitality was great. We had a really good stay, the whole experience was dope!
We had one of the largest rooms, with a living room, dining room, Japanese-style bedroom, and an onzen area about as big as the living room. Every room has its own private onzen. The room had everything we needed, including a humidifier, coffee maker, hi-fi, and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi was fast, too. The onzen could fit a family of 3 to 4 at once, and the Japanese-style fottan bed was the best I’ve used. I’m 5'10" and found the quilt a bit too short. The western-style dining and living rooms paired with the Japanese-style bedroom gave us two different experiences in one night. Breakfast was included and western-style. The quality was good, and I could feel how much the boss and his wife cared about giving guests a lovely stay. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in Nagasaki.
