I’ve tried both the dim sum lunch and hot pot dinner here. Lunch was a 5/5: delicious food, enjoyable meal, and great service. Dinner was the opposite on service, which was incredibly off that day, though the food itself was fine. I’ll definitely return, but I’d recommend the dim sum over hot pot.

You don’t need to be staying here to come for lunch, but you do need a reservation. It was a bit hard to find. I liked the dim sum, the breaded mayo shrimp that’s only served once, the Chinese bun for dessert, and the acerola and aloe jelly.

We had such a memorable three-night stay. There are tennis courts, a karaoke room, a swimming pool, and lovely viewpoints over the ocean and city. The staff were courteous and well mannered. We’d definitely stay again when we get the chance.

At Makan makan restaurant, I’ve eaten here quite a few times and the food has been really good, 5/5. Lunch and dinner are both great, and I’d definitely recommend the hot pot for dinner. Breakfast is good too, with plenty of choices. For the stay, I’d rate the room 3/5. It’s average, though the facilities are good. The bed is very comfortable, the soap and shampoo are good quality, and all the amenities are free.
