The quick, accurate service stood out, and the drinks and food came out promptly without losing quality. There’s a varied menu, and the staff are happy to help with drink suggestions or local information, whether you’ve been before or it’s your first visit. M3 Bar has a roomy interior and warm lighting, with cheerful staff who make it feel welcoming and familiar. It’s become a favorite local hideaway for me, a comfortable spot to relax with a drink. M3 Bar has kept its neighborhood charm, and I’d recommend spending some time there.

I appreciated the kind care from the innkeeper during my week there. Thanks for looking after me. If you need food, Nakanishi Shoten is only a 30-second walk away. You can borrow a bicycle, though the hills make a car more convenient. The Konbu Park bus stop is three minutes from the inn. That free city bus links public facilities, but it doesn’t run on weekends.

It has a nostalgic feel, and apparently movies have been filmed there. This is a casual karaoke bar, with parking behind the building. It seems like you can stay overnight too, which could make it handy while traveling.

Hawks happened to be playing live when I was there. Great spot.
