White Beachi inn Ishikawa

I had loads of freedom at this hotel, and the owner was so kind that I got home safely. The place was spacious and really comfortable. On the day before I left, I thought someone was trying to peek at me in the bath. I went out to check and realized there wasn’t even a walkway for anyone to pass through. I was horrified at the time, but it’s a fond memory now. Honestly, security isn’t the best, but what a shame for the peeper, they would’ve seen a big naked Wotco! I got a little carried away on my Okinawa trip. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Okinawa.

This place is just cheap lodging, despite the building being new. It doesn’t seem well maintained: there was a lot of hair from previous guests clogging the bath drain, which was disgusting, and the walls and ceiling corners had spider webs. The bathroom layout was awkward too, since you had to walk through it to get to the toilet. There were no slippers for the room or toilet, and no bath mat. After bathing, my feet were wet and I had to walk barefoot to the toilet.

A big, clean, lovely place to stay, with thoughtful gear for indoor bike storage: an artificial turf mat, a quick release stand, and even an air pump.

There’s a supermarket nearby, and since I didn’t need any special services, the location worked well for me. The room was almost comically large for one person. I would’ve been fine with something more compact, but having so much space did feel luxurious.
