The service was good, and there's plenty nearby: Ito Yokado, Seria, and Gusto are close, with a pharmacy and hair salon also within walking distance. Wakoshi metro station is quite close too.

The room smelled so bad it was unbearable. I told the staff, but they wouldn't move me or do anything about it. Really disappointing service, and I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if basic comfort and hospitality matter to you.

The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The train station is about 250 m away.

There’s a free printing station if you urgently need a ticket or map printed. The staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations, and Wako train station, a pharmacy, and a convenience store are right around the corner.

The rooms are smaller than in standard hotels, but clean and efficient. The train and bus stations are very close, as are restaurants and convenience stores.
