The building's a little old, but the room was clean and the price was reasonable.

Breakfast comes as one of three choices: a bento box, yakisoba, or a sandwich. The first-floor vending machines are free to use from 15:00 until 11:00 the next day. The decor looks fairly new, and it was quite clean. Warabi Station is less than 100 meters away, though it's a small station served only by the Keihin-Tohoku Line.

Free drinks and breakfast bento boxes were a nice touch. The place was clean, though the facilities felt old-fashioned, like a traditional business hotel, and the room layout was a little awkward.

Without a discount, 11,000 yen feels steep for this hotel. Maybe the lack of other hotels nearby explains it, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was very happy with my stay, and the bed was really comfortable. The only small hassle was that I couldn't reach the outlet while using the kettle.
