Cleanliness mattered most to me, so despite a few drawbacks I was satisfied. The building and room were both tidy, and there's a convenience store across from the hotel. At the entrance you leave your shoes in a locker, then wear shared slippers, which I don't really like. Disposable room slippers would be a nice touch, as many hotels provide them now. My twin room had a small window and a cramped unit bath.

Getting here was easy, with the highway exit close by and plenty of shops a short drive away. The room seemed clean, and I didn't have any particular issues.

The rooms were clean, the beds roomy, and the exterior looked new. I was there for work, and getting to the hotel from the highway exit was easy. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so driving into the city center is probably best, though a convenience store is within walking distance. The shoe lockers at the entrance and slippers indoors give it a traditional Japanese inn feel, which is a little unusual. The bathroom is an older style unit bath. There's also a large public bath, with men's and women's access at different times. Maybe the guest rooms are kept simple because guests are expected to use it.

The food was delicious and the room itself was clean, so the stay was good apart from a few things. The amount I was charged didn't match the price quoted over the phone. I'd also prefer frosted glass on the public bath windows. Nobody may walk past there, but I can imagine some people feeling uneasy. The window looking outside from my room was dirty, and I didn't feel much like looking out.

This seems well suited to business travelers, though tourists may find the location inconvenient. It's on National Route 9, with few shops nearby and places closing early, so stocking up at the nearby Family Mart beforehand is a good idea. For an evening drink at an izakaya, you'd need a taxi. I also wished there were vending machines for instant ramen and drinks. The hotel was new and clean inside and out, and the hallways stayed tidy. Guests leave their shoes in lockers by the entrance and use hotel slippers. Each room has a unit bath, and there's a separate men's and women's bath with assigned times. I didn't try it, so can't say much, but it didn't look spacious. A coin laundry is a 3-4 minute drive away, though it was quite expensive. Amenities were provided. The public bath setup may suit some guests, but its size seemed limited.
