We were worried we might leave Japan without our luggage after something went wrong with its delivery from the hotel to Narita Airport. Takumu Ishida personally took care of making sure it would reach us before we departed. I’m very grateful to the hotel team for going so far to help, and I’d happily stay here again.

After checkout, we realized we’d left two plush toys in the room, and the staff helped us get them back. Their kindness really stayed with us. The hotel is also well located near a supermarket, and the staff were friendly throughout a very enjoyable stay.

The information about the public bath and laundromat was wrong, and breakfast was slow because the area was poorly organized. Wi-Fi reached the lobby, but there was no reception at all in the room.

The one thing that needs attention is the weak water pressure in the onsen shower. Fix that and this would be perfect for the price. The location is especially good, breakfast is a free buffet, and the staff are friendly. Otherwise, everything was good.

I stayed five days, and they changed up breakfast so we didn’t have to eat the same thing several days running. It was really good, and the customer service was excellent. The rooms are spacious too.
