The breakfast was the only decent part of my stays. I've been here several times for work, and the rooms have been old and dirty each time. The last visit was the worst. I booked a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking one, and the smell was foul. The hallway carpet was worn out and smelled so bad I nearly threw up. The bedcovers were tatty, there were cobwebs on the walls, and dust in the vent of the air conditioning that couldn't be controlled. I put several towels over the bed before sleeping. The mattress was so old and lumpy it felt like a badly dug garden. I won't stay here again even if it's the only hotel around. I'd rather sleep in my car.

I've been to Japan ten times, and Hotel（Kiraku）is the best hotel I've stayed at. I had a Japanese-style room that was spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was smooth and really comfortable. I woke up feeling all my stress had gone. Breakfast was delicious and amazing too. I hope I can come back. Thank you so much, Hotel（Kiraku）!

The hotel was good and reasonably priced, with an onsen. In my room I only had two charging ports, and one charger was bulky, so I couldn't charge my camera battery and other electronics at the same time. There was also just one washing machine in the onsen changing room, which could get congested.

There's a shared onsen inside the hotel.
