I stayed at Koshayama Lodge in March. The elevator wasn't working, which was a problem with all my luggage. My room also had no cups, toothbrushes, or hand towels by the sink. The bath was open only from 5 PM to 8 PM, so guests arriving after 9 PM couldn't use it. I strongly urge the owner to make improvements.
