It’s a bit out of the way, though not too bad. I really enjoyed this old-school hotel, with great service and outstanding amenities.

For ¥6400, we got a room with one single bed and one large double. The staff greeted us in the morning, which felt kind and welcoming rather than like a self-checkout. For the price, you get more than you pay for. It’s an old hotel, so I wasn’t expecting five-star quality, but it was actually quite clean and in good shape. They provide everything from toothbrushes to bath sponges. There’s a lounge with massage chairs and comics that I could use at 3 am, plus a ping-pong table, washing machine, kitchen area with a microwave and toaster, and even an ice machine with buckets. I don’t like reviews that mention only the negatives and skip the positives. For the price, this place is excellent.

The AC heater is so loud it sounds like an airplane propeller running in the room. It made sleeping at night really difficult.
