This was the dirtiest, worst hotel I've stayed in. My first room had cigarette butts by the bed, and the sheets were stained with blood and yellow marks, with clumps of hair on them. I didn't want to sleep there, so I called the front desk and they moved me. The new room also had blood and clumps of hair on the sheets. I called again to ask for a refund because it was too dirty to sleep in and I wanted to leave. They said they absolutely don't give refunds and offered me the hotel's most expensive room instead. That room still had blood on the sheets, and there was a strange bodily fluid-like substance on the light switches. Every room was dusty and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all.

The room cost 12,000 yen, and the website made it look clean, so I expected better for the price. The mattress beside the bedding was dirty, damaged in several places, and had multiple holes. Cleaning was poor too: there were several human hairs around the bathtub and trash on the mattress. Given all that, it didn't feel worth what I paid.

It's nice that every room has its own concept, so you can choose one you like when booking. The facilities are new and kept very clean. It’s a little away from the hotel district, which gives it a nice hidden-gem feel.

The staff were so rude I couldn't believe it. They told me, “Shut up!” and “Hurry up!”

The rooms are very clean, though the price is a little high. You can order food through room service with the TV remote, and it arrives quickly.
