Hotel MyStays Yokohama

My parents, who are in their 80s, booked through klook and noticed a date mistake caused by the flight time change. They asked Mystays to fix it within an hour of booking, a week before the stay, but the request was denied. Mystays charged the full amount even though klook tried to help, so my parents had to book another hotel. They were ripped off.

We had a great stay, and the staff were welcoming throughout, from check-in and housekeeping to check-out. I’d strongly recommend it.

The location worked really well, just two minutes from the station, restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store. Our family of two adults and two toddlers stayed for 10 days, and the room was larger than most in this price range in Japan. I liked the big window and the river and train station view. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but felt worth the price, especially since it was free for our toddlers. I’d stay here again.

Everything was clean and tidy, though the room felt a bit tight for two adults and a child. The facilities were a little lacking: there’s only one microwave for the whole hotel, and the TVs don’t support casting, which can make things harder for foreign guests. The paid VOD selection wasn’t very good either. It was okay overall.
