Richmond Hotel Yokohama Bashamichi

The rooms were roomy and neat, and the whole place felt cozy and relaxing. Staff were professional, welcoming, and quick to offer help. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it if you're in Bahamishi, Yokohama. 😇🙂💯🗼👌

I come here about once a month for work, usually for a night or two. The staff are always really nice and helpful, and it's good value in a convenient spot, about a minute from the subway. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Rooms are modern, clean, and pretty standard, with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fridge. The 6th floor has a shared room and laundry area with useful equipment. My only gripe was the room I had last time, which was a smoking room or had been one before, and it smelled unpleasant.

We stayed here before our cruise and had a very good experience. Our room was large, with a sofa, and surprisingly quiet. The receptionist even helped carry my five heavy bags up to the room. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were attentive, professional, and spoke excellent English. The lobby has anything you might need to pick up, while other useful things are already in the room. There's also a self-service laundry onsite, and shops and restaurants are close by. Two thumbs up!

My single room was clean and tidy, though it looked a little dated. The wardrobe area could use better lighting.
