The cleanliness around the property was impeccable, and the complimentary drink bar was a lovely extra. Staff were always polite, respectful, and attentive, and the amenities were very good. It’s also really well located for getting to nearby attractions and amenities. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The housekeeping was really detail-oriented and held everything in the room to a high standard. I also liked that there wasn’t room service until the fourth day, which felt like the right amount for me. Hotel Resol was my best hotel experience in Japan overall. The location was convenient, and the staff were professional and helpful, as others have said. I especially liked the second-floor lounge area. It was quieter than working or hanging out in the lobby, and there was free coffee and soda, which was a nice bonus. The creative poker-deck print on the cards also helped me get to know Yokohama and added to my trip.

We really enjoyed Yokohama, and the hotel was part of that. It was a clean, convenient place to stay. The room was a little small, so fitting several pieces of luggage was tricky, but manageable.

The bathroom was spacious, clean, and everything worked. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet overall. There’s no cleaning service unless you stay more than four nights. The room has good amenities, including a kettle and fridge, and is close to a train station and the Yokohama port area. The rooms are small, as shown in the pictures, and there’s no closet, just a bar with hangers. The entrance is a bit awkward, right in the middle of the street, so a taxi has to drop you at the corner and you walk from there. Not a big deal. Good experience overall.
