The staff at reception were polite and helpful, and the price was great for what you get. The separate bath and lack of outlets near the bed were inconvenient, though. A few changes there would make the room better.

There were manga to borrow in the hallways on every floor, a nice option if you get bored at night. The room was comfortable and clean, without dust or rubbish, and the shared showers and toilets were kept tidy too. The front desk team were helpful and gave great service.

I booked this for a concert at Yokohama Stadium when nearby hotels had become expensive, and paid 5900 yen. The area around it feels a bit unsafe, but inside, the female staff and security made me feel safe. They kept my bags until 10:00 PM, and the entrance locks at night but opens with your room key, so coming back was easy. There isn't a toilet or shower in the room, but each floor has shared ones. They were very clean, and I didn't find sharing them inconvenient. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, kettle, tea bags and chopsticks. My room had its own air conditioner, which made it easy to set the temperature. I wasn't bothered by outdoor noise and slept well. I could hear people walking in the hall, but that seemed like ordinary hotel noise and didn't bother me. The location is the only drawback.

We stayed in a two-person room with bunk beds, and it was comfortable enough. The staff were kind and polite, and the shared toilet and shower were very clean. We did have to wait if someone else was using the shower. Getting to K Arena took about 20 minutes by train, and Chinatown was close enough to walk to for sightseeing the next day.
