The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though I’d requested a non-smoking room. I don’t think anyone paid attention to that request. The sheets were ripped, and that made the whole place feel like hygiene wasn’t taken seriously. It was gross, and I had the worst stay. This isn’t acceptable for a hotel, and I won’t come back. They need to sort out the dirty, careless state of the place.

I paid $115 after booking, even though this place usually costs around $30 when reserved ahead. Once I arrived, they made me pay extra. Management doesn’t seem to care about reviews and would rather collect another $10.

There’s no breakfast included, and the rooms are very small and tight. The hotel is down a dark alley.

The location is great, but they weren’t accommodating at all. The rooms are so tiny I could barely fit my two bags.

It’s a basic business hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and fair prices. Kannai station and the Negishi line are only a couple of minutes away on foot. The Yokohama waterfront takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to.
