I stayed here for an event at Yokohama Budokan. It’s a bit of a walk, though the route goes straight there and is easy to follow. Heavy luggage could make the walk difficult. The room had enough space for three people. It wasn’t especially clean, but it was decent, and having a washing machine made laundry easy.

The bathroom shower was perfectly fine. The air conditioner in my fourth-floor room showed an error, so I checked its filter and found it in terrible condition. After I cleaned both units, the heat started working again.

It’s convenient for walking to Chinatown, which isn’t too far away. The apartment’s cleanliness, though, leaves a lot to be desired.
