We had plenty of space for our group of five adults in this quiet neighborhood near Yoshino, and we'd happily stay here again. The house has a lovely, classic Japanese interior, though anyone over 1.75m should watch their head at the doorways. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, since we could cook for ourselves after eating out every night for two weeks. For guests who don't speak Japanese, the signs explaining how to use the equipment are in English, which was a nice touch. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and made check-in easy.
