I’m not sure why the low reviews. This place felt lovely and cozy, and Miki san was so caring and kind to her guests. The food was amazing, and both the futon and the heated table in each room kept us warm. I’d happily stay here again. Thanks, Miki san ❤️

It had that feeling of being at your grandma’s place, and it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and I’d definitely try the wooden bathtub onsen. I only know a little Japanese, but the lady is great with translation and Google, so we managed without any big problem.

She was such a kind, helpful aunty, and breakfast was lovely too. Wishing her and her longtime partner a long life and many more chances to bring joy to travellers. All the best.

Everything came together so nicely, from the host and the food to the surroundings and nature. It felt like being at my grandma’s house. I’d love to come back, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors again.
